Material: Polyester (PET) + nylon (PA) bicomponent microfiber, which is a high-end functional fabric and also a common form of black microfiber packaging related to precision instruments.

 

What are the characteristics of black polyester packing?

1. Scratch-resistant protective material, soft and fitting without causing damage

The fiber fineness is only 0.1–0.3 denier, with a soft and non-abrasive texture. It can buffer collisions and friction during transportation, avoiding scratches on the surfaces of precision/polished components such as optical lenses, chips, and high-end watches. At the same time, it has slight elasticity, which can fit the contours of irregularly shaped components to achieve all-round protection.

 

2. High cleanliness, preventing secondary pollution

It is woven with continuous filaments and combined with ultrasonic heat-sealing and edge-cutting technology, resulting in no fiber breakage, no pilling, and no lint shedding. The production process is mostly completed in a class 1000 clean room, with no silicon, no fluorescent agents, and no heavy metal residues, meeting the high-cleanliness packaging standards in fields such as electronic semiconductors and medical equipment.

Dyed with uniform black high-fidelity disperse dyes, it can effectively block direct light, preventing photosensitive items such as photosensitive sensors, photoresist components, and optical films from performance degradation or chemical denaturation due to light exposure; moreover, the dye does not migrate, is friction-resistant and does not fade, and will not contaminate the packaged items.

The two-component structure of polyester and nylon has strong resistance to common industrial solvents such as anhydrous IPA and hydrocarbon solvents, and will not swell or deform; some products can also be used as impregnated wipes,which can directly clean the dust on the surface of the packaged items after unpacking, realizing the integration of "packaging + cleaning".


6. High durability and reusable

The polyester component endows the packaging bag with good wear resistance and tensile resistance, making it not easy to break or deform and allowing it to be reused multiple times. It supports customization into various forms such as bag shapes, liners, and sheaths. The opening can be designed with structures like zippers and Velcro, ensuring convenient access and good sealing performance.
